Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at The Hope Learning Center. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality speech and language services to our students with autism, developmental delays, and other learning disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language mentorship to students with autism, developmental delays, and other learning disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality treatment, documentation, and compliance
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including individual and group therapy sessions
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology or Communication Disorders
  • Pennsylvania Instructional 1 Teaching Certificate or PA Educational Specialist
  • PA State SLP License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
  • One year of progressive experience as an SLP
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental delays (preferred)
  • Experience working in a school setting (preferred)
