Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid Idaho state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific requirements.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication and academic goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of services provided and students' progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and monitor students' educational plans.
- Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to ensure the delivery of effective services.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Idaho state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to students.
