Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist RRT to join our team at Concord Hospital. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be responsible for administering respiratory therapy and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and adapt to changing clinical conditions.
  • Administer medication to patients and document care provided and patient's progress.
  • Involve yourself in departmental and hospital initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Obtain required intubations and manage time and workload fluctuations.
  • Act as a preceptor to staff and students, providing guidance and support.
  • Utilize hospital and departmental information systems and equipment operations to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Complete departmental and hospital requirements, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • Graduate with an Associate's degree from an American Medical Association approved school for Respiratory Care.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification, or equivalent course credentialed by American Heart Association.
  • Registry eligible through the NBRC, with registration required to obtain within 2 years after hire.
  • Current New Hampshire State Respiratory Care license.
