Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in our outpatient dialysis center. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working 3-4 days a week, with 8-12 hour shifts. You will be responsible for delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- At least 9 months of post-graduate RN experience
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
