The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the program's educational and clinical activities, ensuring the highest quality care for our patients, and fostering a collaborative environment among faculty and fellows.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for the fellowship program, ensuring alignment with ACGME requirements and institutional goals.
- Supervise and mentor fellows, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the program.
- Collaborate with faculty and departmental leaders to ensure seamless program operations and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and manage the program's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with institutional policies.
- Recruit and select top candidates for the fellowship program, ensuring a diverse and talented pool of applicants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including departmental leaders, faculty, and hospital administrators.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong background in child psychiatry, with board certification in Psychiatry and Child Psychiatry.
- Experience in academic settings, with a proven track record of leadership and program development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
PAGNY offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A base salary of $163,200.
- A 10% 401K company contribution after one year of service.
