Volleyball Coach

River Crossing YMCA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Volleyball Instructor to lead our youth sports programs. As a Volleyball Instructor, you will be responsible for organizing and leading engaging and safe volleyball programs for participants of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement volleyball programs that meet the needs of our participants
• Lead high-energy and fun volleyball classes and leagues
• Build and maintain strong relationships with program participants and parents
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Stay up-to-date with safety and emergency procedures

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children in a high-energy environment
• Background in competitive or recreational sports, preferably volleyball
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
