About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainment Engineer to join our team in Orlando, Florida. As a Sustainment Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the AGM-158C LRASM Integrated Logistics Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely communication and execution of logistics or supply activities to support repairs.
  • Ensure efficient procedures are captured to support the current process and adjusted for program growth.
  • Perform process improvement initiatives and upkeep of documented procedures.
  • Proactively plan for and support spares and repair parts requirements, assuring sufficient inventory to support mission requirements, while balancing lifecycle cost affordability.
  • Perform annual physical inventory and reconciliation of GFE repair parts/tools.
  • Provide logistics and sustainment support in management of obsolete hardware.
  • Support proposal requests and provisioning determinations.
  • Provide accurate reporting and tracking of depot metrics.

Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Experience in supply support, stock control, defense industry, logistics engineering processes.
  • Implementing solutions to high impact process gaps, establishing priorities to meet contractual requirements or metrics.
  • Demonstrated presentation experience.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment, comfortable defining and executing multi-functional flows and processes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Power Point, and Excel.
Desired Skills
  • Supply Chain or Finance background.
  • Familiarity with Army regulations and Army Supply.
  • Experience using SAP client applications.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and current modeling tools and techniques.
