ProCare Therapy is collaborating with an outstanding school district in Elizabeth, CO to find a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the ongoing school year.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package of $32-$36 per hour, comprehensive insurance and benefits including medical, dental, and vision, W-2 classification with weekly pay, and a matching 401(k).

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with Assessments: Conduct screenings and administer assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Support Therapy Sessions: Aid in implementing therapy sessions designed by the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), including carrying out activities and exercises to address speech and language goals.
  • Document Progress: Keep detailed records of students' progress during therapy sessions, including observations and data collection to track improvements or challenges.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the SLP, teachers, and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans, as well as provide input on students' needs and progress.
Interview Process
  • A 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
  • A 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District.
  • An offer is typically made within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
