Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.

  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation of equipment and minimize downtime.

  • Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on mechanical equipment.
  • Proven track record of successfully maintaining and repairing complex industrial equipment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, with a strong sense of safety and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with production teams and other stakeholders.
