We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Mercy Hospital Washington. As a Cardiac Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our 35-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care to patients with cardiac conditions, including STEMI, post-cardiac catheterization care, CHF, arrhythmia, and blood pressure management.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest cardiac care techniques and technologies.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
- Other unit-specific certifications as required or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe.
- Up to $20,000 Sign On Bonus for RNs.
- Up to a $15,000 Sign on Bonus for GNs.
