Job Title: Vaccination Clinic Pharmacist

Times Pharmacy is seeking a skilled and dedicated pharmacist to join our team as a Vaccination Clinic Pharmacist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing vaccinations in various settings across the state, including businesses, drive-thru clinics, care homes, and Times Pharmacies.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet professional standards set forth by Times Pharmacy
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Follow all safety policies and operating procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to determine and prepare the appropriate amount of supplies for each vaccinating clinic
  • Punctual to work, arriving to the office one hour prior to the clinic start time to prepare supplies and travel to the clinic site
  • Pack the appropriate amount of vaccines and maintain the cold chain to ensure vaccination quality control
  • Log vaccination inventory for check-out and return
  • Arrange and organize vaccination work station
  • Manage and delegate appropriate tasks to other team members
  • Counsel and address patient's health and safety concerns, which may include monitoring patient for adverse effects and emergency response protocol
  • Properly prepare and safely administer vaccination(s) per clinic protocol
  • Positively respond and resolve any customer-related issues
  • Ensure vaccination consent forms are properly completed and sign off on those forms
  • Safe and proper disposal of needles
Requirements:
  • Current Hawaii Pharmacist license
  • Immunization Certification
  • Must have current BLS certification
  • Education: B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
