Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care through virtual and bedside nursing in our Waterloo Medical Center. This role involves assessing and caring for patients by leveraging video conferencing, completing admissions, discharges, communication, and education on an acute care unit.
- Delivering Patient Care:
- Collaborate, communicate, and facilitate optimal care provision through a computerized and/or digital platform.
- Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient care plans from admission to discharge.
Work Schedule:
This is a 0.6 FTE position with a schedule of 7pm-7am, every third weekend.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current IA RN license and at least 8 years of nursing experience. A BSN degree is preferred.
