Job Summary

The Virtual Care Expert will work in a virtual monitor room, providing care and support to patients through video conferencing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing admissions, discharges, and fall prevention documentation
  • Coordinating complex care and mentoring early career nurses
  • Assisting new nurses via video calls
  • Skin assessments and other essential nursing tasks

This position requires a minimum of 8 years of Med/Surg or PCU experience in an acute care hospital. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be knowledgeable about Cerner, and hold current BLS and ACLS certifications.
