Reliability Work Management Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Work Management Specialist to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Reliability Work Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for standardizing and improving work management processes across our enterprise. You will work closely with plant leadership, maintenance, and operations teams to implement best practices and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Own and continually improve the Work Management Standards and Processes across the enterprise.
- Be the champion for Work Management Best Practices across the organization.
- Drive standardization, improvements, and maturity across all plants in Work Identification & Control, Job Planning, Scheduling, Execution of Work, and Shutdown Coordination.
- Establish KPIs (key performance indicators) and metrics to ensure standardization and improvements are being realized across the enterprise.
- Audit, drive improvements, and provide feedback to plant and corporate leadership for Work Management Processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of plant experience leading and supervising a high-performance reliability team.
- Experience implementing best practice and standard work across an enterprise.
- Knowledge and implementation of maintenance management principles and best practices, including work management, MRO, precision maintenance, preventive maintenance, root cause failure analysis, shutdown, and contingency planning.
- Strong background with EAM Systems, Hexagon EAM experience is desirable.
- Knowledge and experience managing equipment master data and processes.
- Fundamental understanding of plant production and packaging processes.
- Experience in data analysis, identifying performance gaps, and delivering actionable solutions.
- Experience in developing and delivering training.
