  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Oversee the training and development of team members.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Inspire and motivate staff by setting a positive example.
  • Safeguard cash, inventory, and assets according to company policies.

General Duties for All Team Members

  • Operate various restaurant equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas.
  • Prepare menu items.
  • Process customer orders via phone.
  • Conduct inventory checks and complete necessary documentation.
  • Perform routine cleaning of equipment and facilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of management experience; prior experience with Domino's is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks.
  • Meet company image standards.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and have access to an insured vehicle.
  • Ability to lead teams, perform repetitive tasks, and work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capability to spend significant time on your feet or in motion.
