Responsibilities
  • Check in patients upon arrival and verify their identity.
  • Update patient demographics and scan insurance cards to ensure accurate billing.
  • Obtain signatures on required forms and update status in Medent.
  • Collect outstanding balances and co-pays from patients.
  • Assist with scheduling lab tests, x-rays, procedures, or other testing as needed.

Patient Service Representative Job Summary:

This is a full-time position working 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with hours varying by weekly staff rotation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
