">We are seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at DaVita Inc. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a culture of compassion and excellence.
">About the Role
">The PCT will be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">Salary Range
">$38,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.
">Key Responsibilities

- Direct Patient Care: Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to patients under the supervision of a RN">
- Assist patients with their personal care needs, such as bathing and dressing">
- Prepare patients for dialysis by conducting pre-dialysis assessments and setting up equipment">
- Conduct ongoing evaluations and assessments of patients' physical and emotional status">
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination">
