Responsibilities:- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care.
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents, families, and caregivers.
- Provide direction to clinical team members and maintain resident confidentiality.
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided.
- COVID Vaccination Required
- A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in Massachusetts
- An ability to work with multiple residents at once
- Must be able to work 5 weekends in a row with 1 off
- Competitive pay rates: $50.00 an hour for LPN Base Pay and $55.00 an hour for RN Base Pay
