  • Address patient inquiries in the absence of the provider.
  • Accurately measure and record vital signs.
  • Exhibit strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing with a valid LPN license in New York State.

Certifications:
  • CPR certification required; BLS certification through The American Heart Association.
  • Proof of highest level of education required.
  • Documentation of Varicella vaccination or positive titer is necessary.
