Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling patients.
  • Model and provide guidance to pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches and techniques to ensure customer needs are successfully resolved.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to identify areas of improvement and implement intervention steps to improve patient safety and risk reduction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
