About the Role:

Northeast is seeking a skilled HVAC Estimator to join our team. As an HVAC Estimator, you will be responsible for reviewing plan and spec HVAC projects, creating accurate estimates, and preparing client proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing plan and spec HVAC projects to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Creating detailed cost estimates for all phases of design and/or construction
  • Preparing client proposals and presentations
  • Attending job walk-throughs and interacting with subcontractors and vendors
  • Developing value-engineered alternatives for client consideration
  • Maintaining bid lists and CRM entries with accurate and timely updates
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Handling bid request phone calls/emails and querying clients for project details

Requirements:

  • 5+ years working experience in HVAC estimating
  • Experience working with Plumbing/HVAC systems
  • Ability to read blue prints and bid on construction jobs from blue prints and drawings
  • Authorized to work in the U.S
