Qualifications

5+ years working experience

Experience working with Plumbing/HVAC systems

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S

Must be able to read blue prints

Bid on Construction jobs from blue prints and drawings

Responsibilities:

Reviewing plan and spec HVAC projects, creating accurate estimates, and preparing client proposals

Attending job walk throughs

Interacting with subcontractors and vendors to verify the accuracy of proposals

Developing value-engineered alternatives for client consideration

Maintaining bid lists and CRM entries with accurate and timely updates

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Handling bid request phone calls/ emails and querying clients for project details

Prepare and/or ensure the preparation of detailed cost estimates for all phases of design and/or construction
