Key Responsibilities- Supervise the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Identify and implement improvements in processes and efficiencies within the maintenance operations.
- Plan and oversee the installation of new technologies and equipment.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal environmental regulations regarding air emissions, hazardous waste, and other relevant areas.
- Develop and manage equipment purchases in line with manufacturing standards and performance metrics.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with corporate engineering teams to enhance process equipment and control systems.
- Develop capacity models for production lines to align capital investments with operational needs.
- Formulate work instructions and training programs for new or upgraded processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Monitor facility power distribution systems to guarantee safe and efficient operations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team.
- Participate in safety and food safety initiatives to uphold workplace safety standards.
- Execute additional tasks and projects as assigned.
