Job Title: Pipelink Maintenance Locator (Part-Time)

Job Overview:

We are in search of a proactive individual to fulfill the role of Pipelink Maintenance Locator. This part-time position involves critical responsibilities in damage prevention and the effective management of our pipeline systems. Key tasks include evaluating locate requests, liaising with contractors, and conducting site visits to accurately mark pipeline locations. The ideal candidate should be based in central Indiana and possess a personal vehicle for work-related travel. This role offers 20-30 hours of work per week, with opportunities for increased hours and the potential for a transition to full-time employment. Please be aware that this position requires random drug testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and delineate pipeline locations.
  • Oversee a designated pipeline territory across Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois.
  • Conduct preventive measures to uphold the integrity and reliability of the pipeline infrastructure.
  • Promptly address and respond to locate requests or concerns regarding the pipeline system.
  • Utilize your personal vehicle for transportation to various job sites.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate scheduling and operational activities.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle for work-related travel.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work 20-30 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours.
