Job Description

Sogeti, a leading provider of professional technology services, is seeking a skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure solutions using AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions using AWS services
  • Develop and maintain CloudFormation templates and AWS CDK code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and features, and apply this knowledge to improve our cloud infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Strong development skills in JavaScript/Typescript and the AWS CDK
  • Knowledge of CloudFormation templates and AWS services (S3, CloudFormation, EC2, etc.)
  • Experience with building CI/CD pipelines using toolsets like Bamboo, Jenkins, or CAWS CodePipeline
  • Familiarity with modern cloud application architecture and cloud managed services
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a team or independently
