Due to an upcoming retirement, Atlantic Industrial Mechanical & Environmental, a leading industrial Pipeline, Mechanical, and Structural Steel Contractor, is looking for a Lead Financial Analyst with a proactive mindset to enhance their team.
If you possess a degree in Finance and over 10 years of financial experience, this is a position worth considering.

- Enjoy a primarily Monday - Friday schedule: choose between a 7AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM schedule
- Prepare and oversee daily and monthly cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and supervise the work of junior accountants, providing guidance and feedback to ensure adherence to accounting standards.
- Post invoices to customer platforms, ensuring all billing information is accurate and submitted punctually.
- Conduct job costing analysis and establish job budgets to monitor and control project expenses.
- Manage the month-end closing process for AIME, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with auditors during audits to provide necessary documentation and support.
- Calculate and transmit 401k contributions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Report directly to the President and CFO.
