Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-site healthcare operations, with a focus on oncology.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills.
  • Financial expertise with experience in budget management.

Required Skills:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Customer service-oriented, capable of engaging with patients and their families.

The compensation range for this position is between $180,000 - $210,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications.
