About the Role

Cottesmore is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Cottesmore standards.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
  • Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment
  • One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment
