Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious professional to join our advisor support team, focusing on business processing. The successful candidate will work closely with our Director of Advisor Services to provide exceptional service and support to our advisors, enabling them to positively impact their clients' lives, lifestyles, and legacies. Our advisor support team plays a critical role in streamlining processes, allowing our financial advisors to focus on their core strengths.


Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Collaborate with the training of new financial advisors on technology systems related to new business submissions.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address the needs of our dedicated team of advisors in Texas and Michigan.
  • Ensure a seamless transition of Experienced Advisors' accounts when they join our firm.
  • Provide comprehensive training to the assistants of newly hired advisors.
  • Support the compliance team with the approval process for new account openings and electronic mail review.
  • Attend all New Advisor training sessions weekly for the first year.
  • Pursue and obtain the following licenses and registrations within the first 12 months of hire: Series 7, 66, Life and Health Insurance, Variable Contracts. The firm will reimburse the cost of each license and registration upon successful passed exam.
  • Participate in firm-wide meetings on various subjects.
  • Establish a positive support relationship with assigned advisors.
  • Undertake various projects as needed and communicated by the MFC/PWS Leadership Team.


Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to learn other software programs.
  • Flexibility to work cross-functionally across the firm.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organization and customer service skills required.
  • Ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and at least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Ideal candidate should have experience utilizing a CRM software such as SmartOffice, Salesforce, or Redtail.
