As a member of this team, you will advise the Company on a wide range of issues related to the Company's independent contractor sales force. Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, tax, and other transactional experience with closely-held and public businesses
  • Review and draft agreements and documents related to business entity formation, ongoing governance, dissolution, and other transactional matters
  • Provide counsel to the Company on the myriad legal issues that arise with respect to sales of the Company's insurance and investment products
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of legal experience
  • Excellent writing skills and comfort with drafting agreements
  • Ability to analyze a wide variety of legal issues, synthesize complex information, and provide solution-oriented legal advice to business professionals
