About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all on-site activities for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, large-scale commercial projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading ground-up builds, interior fit-outs, and major renovations for corporate offices, retail stores, healthcare facilities, hospitality venues, and more. They will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth, efficient project execution.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring construction adheres to blueprints, specifications, and client expectations. They will conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and ensure project progress. Additionally, they will manage subcontractors and suppliers, proactively resolving any issues or conflicts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in commercial construction. They will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents is essential. Experience working in sectors such as healthcare, corporate interiors, retail, and hospitality is preferred. OSHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
