Overview
Citigroup, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Research, Marketing and Content Compliance Officer to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compliance risk management and be proficient in designing and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the establishment of internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation. As a key member of our Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) team, you will work closely with other teams to develop and apply ICRM program solutions that meet the Research, Marketing and Content businesses and customer needs. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring compliance risk behaviors, providing day-to-day Compliance advice relating to the Research, Marketing and Content products and services, and creating a robust control framework for the newly created Marketing and Content Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining best-in-class Compliance programs, policies, and practices for ICRM.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on Citi's Compliance programs and providing expert guidance on function/business/product regulations.
  • Staying abreast of relevant changes to rules/regulations and other industry news.
  • Overseeing the monitoring and identification of regulatory developments, including enforcement actions, and new laws, regulations, rules, and interpretations or guidance relating to the supported function/business/product.

Requirements
  • 6-10+ years' experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof.
  • Expertise in Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements including local and US laws, international, and industry standards.

Salary Range: $176,720.00 - $265,080.00 per annum
