We are seeking a skilled Valve Technician to join our team at LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions in Lincolnshire, IL. As a Hydraulic valve manufacturer and distributor, we require a professional with experience in assembly and testing in a production environment.

Job Details:

  • 2-3 years of experience in assembly and testing in a production environment
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods
  • Lift and move up to 20-30 pounds throughout the shift
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Excellent communication skills to work with leads on product quality issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $17.50/hour
  • 10 hours of overtime required
  • Monday to Friday, 4pm to 2am shift with optional Saturday work
