We are seeking a skilled Valve Technician to join our team at LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions in Lincolnshire, IL.

Job Summary:

As a Valve Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing hydraulic valves in a fast-paced production environment. This is a 2nd Shift role working from 4pm to 2am, Monday through Friday with Saturday optional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test hydraulic valves to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Work comfortably on feet for the entirety of the shift
  • Lift and move up to 20 or 30 pounds throughout the shift
  • Use hand and power tools to assist in the assembly process
  • Read measurements and properly document them
  • Communicate with leads on any issues or product quality problems
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of assembly/testing experience in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
