Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the individual needs of each patient.
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes in patient condition, including cardiac conditions and serious complex conditions.
- Develop and implement patient education plans to enhance patient outcomes and promote patient empowerment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
- 2+ years of experience in the area of clinical expertise
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
