Job Title: LPN Homecare

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to a pediatric patient in their own home.

About the Patient:

The patient is a 17-year-old female who requires a gastrostomy tube (gtube) and bi-level positive airway pressure (bi-pap) therapy at night.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
