About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Pollak Innovative Management Partners. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Assist the cook in preparing and serving meals, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe environment by following established cleaning schedules and protocols.
  • Supply Management: Assist in receiving and storing food supplies, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and accounted for.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous institutional dietary service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to read, understand, and follow recipe directions, diet orders, tray cards, and work assignments. Numerical accountability and good motor coordination and manual dexterity required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
