Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join our team at St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and resolving discrepancies with shipments, maintaining inventory records, and delivering supplies to departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Receives packages from inventory, UPS, and other messenger services and resolves any discrepancies with vendors.
Maintains computerized perpetual inventory of stockroom and delivers supplies to all departments.
Performs related organization, clerical, and administrative duties, including assisting with physical inventory and driving between hospital campuses as needed.

Requirements:
High School degree or equivalent required. Knowledge of Infor Lawson Supply Chain system and proficiency in Excel and Word preferred. Must be able to lift heavy objects and demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
