About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Psychologist to join our team at Children's Health Council. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to children, adolescents, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a range of mental health concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, therapists, and educators, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Provide training and education to staff and community members on topics related to child and adolescent mental health.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited graduate program.
  • Valid California license to practice psychology.
  • At least three years of post-degree experience in a pediatric clinic, outpatient mental health setting, or school-based setting.
Working Conditions
  • Exempt full-time position.
  • Works Monday through Friday in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Compensation

Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
