**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Kum & Go, LC. As a Store Associate, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash, processing deposits, and securing the store.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
