Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled LVN Charge Nurse to join our team at Coryell Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide direct care to our residents and supervise the daily activities of nursing assistants. Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility standards and regulations.
  2. Supervise and direct nursing assistants to ensure the delivery of quality care.
  3. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Supervisor to ensure seamless care delivery.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  5. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  1. Current, valid LVN license in the state of Texas.
  2. Experience in long-term care or a related field.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Functional literacy in English.
