Nurse Supervisor

Gates Health and Rehab is seeking a skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing staff, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including CNAs and RNs
- Develop and implement nursing care plans for residents
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure that residents are receiving quality care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on new policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse in a long-term care setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of nursing policies and procedures
