Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our Ambulatory Surgical Center team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our facility, driving the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties, and collaborating closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the perioperative team to ensure efficient and effective surgical procedures
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of facilities and personnel
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current clear and active Nursing license in the state of Missouri
  • Experience in perioperative areas
  • Proven experience as clinical director or other managerial position
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management
  • Excellent knowledge of standards (e.g. ISO) and regulations for the clinical field
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g. patient management software)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
