We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and providing excellent customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services and manage disease states to improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance patient engagement and loyalty.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Structure and organize workflow to ensure efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
  • Develop and follow up on long-term care business through immediate communication and attention to patient needs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and communicate with marketing teams to develop strategies.
  • Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.

Requirements:

  • A pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
  • A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
  • Current Immunization Certification.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • NPI Number.
