Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Table Games Dealer to join our team at Bally's Dover. As a key member of our gaming floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, dealing casino table games, and ensuring a fun and memorable experience for our players.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal casino table games with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide fast and personalized customer service to our players
  • Facilitate games and explain rules to players
  • Conduct assigned games according to procedures and ensure game security
  • Exchange cash for gaming chips and audit fills and credits
  • Ensure compliance with all departmental and company policies
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding customer play
  • Work safely and follow established safety rules and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and guests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must possess excellent English communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license from the DE Lottery
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights as business needs require
  • Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled
  • Must present an overall professional appearance and report to work in appropriate attire
