About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality facial treatments to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide facial treatments, including LED Phototherapy, NuFACE, Diamond Glow, microdermabrasion, and chemical exfoliation options
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of skincare products and services, including Neveskin body shaping treatments
  • Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet sales and performance goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends and techniques
