Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our team at our Asheville, North Carolina location. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, designing and prescribing progressive treatment plans, and participating in ongoing education and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-level services to members and guests, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
  • Design and prescribe treatment plans based on client skincare goals and needs.
  • Participate in hands-on training and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare techniques and products.
  • Achieve sales goals and promote membership and retail sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for members and guests.
Requirements
  • Strong retail and in-room upgrade record.
  • Must carry liability insurance.
  • Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians.
