We are seeking a skilled Tree Climber to join our team at Monarch Landscape Companies. As a Tree Climber, you will be responsible for trimming, topping, and reshaping trees, as well as using chainsaws, hooks, handsaws, shears, and clippers to cut away dead and excess branches.

Key Responsibilities

* Trimming, topping, and reshaping trees
* Using chainsaws, hooks, handsaws, shears, and clippers to cut away dead and excess branches
* Transplanting and removing trees and shrubs
* Splitting logs
* Operating chipping equipment
* Inspecting trees for disease or pest problems

Requirements

* At least three years of professional tree climbing experience
* Basic tree care principles, cabling, pruning techniques, tree ID, and disease ID
* Ability to perform physically demanding work, including climbing trees over 15 feet, lifting, pushing, and pulling 25-50 pounds frequently
* Excellent work ethic and ability to show up on time for work each day
