You'll also be responsible for optimizing systems upgrades, user access, and resolving complex technical challenges, ensuring a seamless IT experience for our organization.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or at least 7 years of hands-on experience as a Systems or Cloud Administrator, with expertise in O365, VMware, and Microsoft virtual desktop infrastructure.

A strong background in Active Directory, Citrix server management, and supporting Microsoft Azure (PaaS, IaaS, SaaS) with cost optimization is essential.

You should also have knowledge of Windows OS, HP servers, Unity SANs, Rubrik backup solutions, and monitoring tools such as Corner Bowl and Data Dog.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills are required, with experience working across multiple time zones and creating seamless teamwork.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with benefits that include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
