Sales Development Program Overview

Total Quality Logistics invites talented and motivated individuals to join our esteemed Sales Development Program.

This comprehensive program offers a rewarding $7,500 - $10,000 per year salary, including a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You will also receive a $1,042 bi-weekly housing stipend for the first 12 months, as well as our relocation assistance package.

In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate with skilled freight brokers and develop essential skills in sales, logistics, and supply chain management. Our structured leadership track ensures continuous professional growth and opportunities for advancement.

You will be based in Cincinnati, Ohio, where you will undergo extensive training and mentorship from industry leaders. Following the program's completion, you can choose to relocate to any of our 60+ offices across the nation.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Working closely with experienced freight brokers for 26 weeks
  • Committing to a full-time, 100% in-office schedule
